Since our founding in 1947 as a small, family-owned paving company in State College, Pennsylvania, HRI, Inc. has grown to become a major contractor working throughout the Eastern United States.  Today, as a part of the large multi-national corporation, Colas SA, we have the support of a global organization dedicated to all aspects of the road building and construction services.

Our construction operations consist of asphalt paving, heavy and highway construction, structures, utilities and treatment plants, site work, and more.  We have the capabilities and expertise to complete a wide variety of projects, large or small.
