Johnstown Hot Mix Asphalt Plant
HRI's Johnstown plant is a Madsen batch plant, capable of producing 280 tons per hour. This plant was manufactured in 1972 and was established at its current location in 1984. Modifications made in 2004 allowed us to incorporate RAP in our mixes. The Johnstown plant has been awarded the NAPA Diamond Achievement Commendation.
Available Products:
All Penn DOT approved Superpave materials, ID and custom mixes, Cold Patch and AC-20.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Other hours available upon special request.
