HRI's Milton plant is an Astec Double Barrel, capable of producing 325 tons per hour. This is HRI's newest plant, built in 1993 and installed at Milton in 1997. It is capable of using RAP in the mixes it produces, and has been awarded the NAPA Diamond Achievement Commendation.
