Williamsport Hot Mix Asphalt Plant

HRI's 300 ton per hour Barber Green batch plant in Williamsport was manufactured in 1969 and established at its current location in 2001. After several upgrades and improvements, it is capable of using RAP in the mixes it produces. This plant has been awarded NAPA's Diamond Achievement Commendation in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
